By accessing or using the Cnergy website at https://cnergy.live ("Site"), submitting an enquiry form, or entering into a service agreement with Cnergy Energy Private Limited ("Cnergy", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Cnergy provides AI-optimised, nature-powered electricity generation and distribution services to households, village clusters, and enterprises in rural India. Our services include: • Residential electricity supply (Ghar Plan) • Village micro-grid electricity supply (Tola Plan) • Enterprise and agri-business electricity supply (Udyog Plan) • Energy producer, investor, and technology partnership programmes • Site assessment, system design, installation, and maintenance Service availability is subject to geographic coverage, technical feasibility, and regulatory approvals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals and entities located in India who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are entering into a service agreement on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Enquiries and Contact Forms
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. All enquiries are subject to a site assessment and formal proposal process. A service agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a written contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting enquiries. 5. Service Agreements and Payments
Formal electricity supply and partnership agreements are governed by separate written contracts entered into between Cnergy and the customer or partner. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall prevail. Pricing displayed on this website (including Ghar Plan at ₹948/month and Tola Plan at ₹849/home/month) is indicative and subject to final site assessment. Udyog Plan pricing is custom and determined on a case-by-case basis. Payment terms, billing cycles, and late payment provisions are specified in individual service agreements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, AI-generated visuals, system designs, and software — is the property of Cnergy Energy Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. You may share links to our Site and reference our publicly available content for non-commercial, informational purposes with appropriate attribution.
